President Barack Obama early voting in Chicago, October 20, 2014.
Polls have closed in Kentucky and (most of) Indiana, because it's important to make voting as difficult as possible if you live in those states.

Fox News shows exit poll NH Sen Brown 50-Shaheen 49. If accurate--a big if--could be a big night for Repubs. Some NH polls still open.
— @MichaelBarone
First of all, early exit polls are so accurate that John Kerry is president. Second of all, networks aren't supposed to publish exit poll toplines. But aside from that ... ALL polls are still open in NH. All of them. Not some. All. If only someone had
made a map of closing times. Just Fox being Fox, and Republicans like Michael Barone being Republican.
3:18 PM PT: Ahh, apparently, that NH exit poll number is just among independents. Among all voters, an early exit poll I saw was +3 Shaheen. But I'm not going out of my way to post early exit polls because they are so accurate that John Kerry is president.
3:19 PM PT:
So far only Henry and Perry counties showing more than 3% in. McConnell over-performing his 2008 margins there so far #kysen
— @DKElections
3:28 PM PT: The president's party hasn't held the Senate in year six of his presidency since FDR. Sample size four (Ike, Reagan, Clinton, Bush).

Colo. Dem source objecting to my earlier dire-for-Udall tweet sez expect "a holy shit number" when Denver County comes in. Also points out..
— @JoshuaGreen
...that unaffiliated vote is key part of Dem strategy (they think it's +10D) and is higher now (27.56%) than 2010 early vote (24%). Just fyi
— @JoshuaGreen
3:33 PM PT: You can follow Kentucky results here. So far, McConnell is outperforming his 2008 results.
3:34 PM PT: Better results page here, at HuffPo. Has great scatter plot showing where candidates are under/outperforming 2012 results.
3:36 PM PT: Everything that was wrong with Bruce Braley's campaign, in one tweet:
49 percent of voters in #IASen think that Joni Ernst’s (R) positions on the issues are “about right” ideologically, prelim data says.
— @ryanstruyk
3:42 PM PT: ABC News political director:
biggest GOP turnout #IASEN in 30 years of exit polls, per prelim data #ABCVote
— @rickklein
Dem turnout also at 30-year low #NCSEN per prelim exit polls #ABCVote
— @rickklein
Hard to believe given gangbuster early vote. We'll see when all's said and done. At least this one is encouraging:
meanwhile - GOP turnout at 20-year low in #KSSEN. 2/3 say Roberts away from state too much, in prelim numbers
— @rickklein
3:49 PM PT:
Georgia exits show "36 percent turnout among nonwhites. If it holds, a record high in Senate elections back to 1992.”

— @jonward11
3:51 PM PT: McConnell running behind 2008 in Franklin, but not by nearly enough for Grimes so far.
3:56 PM PT:
Early national exits show a 3-point Dem party ID advantage. ID was tied in 2010. (also -- these numbers will change).
